SOUND FAMILIAR?

The same story, again and again.

Here is the patterns I honestly hear from mothers and most calls.

✓ Mothers describe the constant fighting as exhausting, then spending the rest of the day on eggshells.

✓ They keep saying they wish their children would understand them, but the listening never comes.

✓ Many carry a quiet fear of passing on the same patterns they grew up with.

✓ Many admit they worry more about what relatives will say than about the child in front of them.

The problem is not the mother or the child. It is an old pattern, learned long ago, still running.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Three things, in thirty minutes

This isn't a "let's get to know each other" chat. You leave with decisions made.

ONE

Three flashpoints, written on one page

The three moments that usually become a fight, named and written down during the call. You can see them coming.

TWO

Exact words for each flashpoint

Written on your screen, ready for the next time a conversation starts going sideways. You won't have to search for the right sentence.

THREE

Your first step this week

One small thing you can do in the next seven days. Not a plan for the year, just a place to begin.

You keep the page. Whether we work together or not, the flashpoints, the words and the first step are yours to use that same week.

THE HONEST BIT

Why is this free?

Every call I take teaches me what mothers are really battling at home. That keeps my two-week program honest and grounded in what is actually happening.

Honestly, most mothers who sit with me will not go on to work with me. That is fine. The page still works, and the plan is still yours.

This is not a sales call. Don't worry, I won't push you into a program. We look at your three moments and you decide in your own time.

WHO'S TAKING THE CALL

I am a mother of a Teen & a Young Adult too.

  • Seven years of practice — as a counselling psychologist and parenting coach for teens and parents.

  • My work starts with the mother's own childhood, not only with the child's behaviour.

  • I run a 2-week, four-session program built only for mothers of teens and young adults.

  • Based in Pune. Calls in English, Hindi, Marathi,Konkani, Marathi, Tulu, Telugu or Tamil- choice is yours.

Mothers I worked with, say this

“

I worked with her on my own childhood. Honestly, I found patterns I was repeating without knowing. Slowly I changed the way I spoke to my teenage girls. Our home feels more clamer and joyful now. From slamming doors to bonding over conversations.

Vidya. R.

Teacher and mom of 15yr and 18yr old daughters.

“

After working with her for 90 days and mapping my old patterns and their root cause, the practices she has taught me in her sessions changed my realtionship with myself and now I have peaceful evenings, chitchatting over chai with my 20 year old son.

Ramya. K.

IT professional and a mother of 20yr old son.

“

What I valued most is how patiently she helped me discover the patterns I had unknowingly inherited from my mother,

and wondered why my daughter was reminding me of my teenage years. Thanks to Shilpa that she helped me heal my relationship with both my mother and my daughter too.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Then we talk.

1

Pick your slot

You pick a slot that fits your week. Then four short questions, about three minutes.

2

Time is precious

Before we meet, I read your answers, so the 30 minutes go where they matter.

3

Your take away in 30 mins

We talk for 30 minutes. You leave with a one-page plan in your own words.

What actually happens in the 30 minutes

No pitch deck. No pressure. Here's the whole thing.

0–8 min

Your story

I listen first, honestly. You tell me what you want to be different, in your own words.

8–18 min

The honest read

We look at the three moments that usually go wrong and which old family habit sits under each one.

18–27 min

We build the plan

I write the exact words for each moment on one page, and you say them back once.

27–30 min

Your questions

We close the call. I tell you honestly if longer support would help. If it would not, I say so too.

30 minutes. A written plan the same day.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Fair questions

I have read books and watched videos before. Nothing changed. Why is this different?

A: Books give ideas. Here we write down your own three moments and the exact words for each, so you leave with something usable.

Will you try to sell me something on the call?

A: If longer support would genuinely help you, I will mention it once. If it would not, I will say that too.

Are you going to tell me this is all my fault?

No. We look at where a pattern started, not who to blame. Understanding your own childhood is not the same as being blamed for it.

Why should I be the one who changes when my child is the one shouting?

You cannot make another person change. You can change your next sentence, and that alone shifts what happens in the room.

I don't want to open up my own childhood. Won't it just hurt?

We go slowly and only where it helps. Don't worry, looking at where a pattern started is meant to explain it, not reopen it.
